1.1 The “Website” – For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the Pharma Israel Website, the address of which is https://www.pharma-israel.org.il and within this framework all of the content, materials, services, interfaces and/or information of any kind displayed on the Pharma Israel Website, including any text, image, graphic, sketch, picture, photograph, drawing, logo, audiovisual content and animation displayed on the Pharma Israel Website (hereinabove and hereinafter: the “Website”).
1.2 Use of the Website is subject to the provisions and conditions that appear in this document, in the privacy policy and in the other content displayed on the Website (hereinafter: the “Terms of Use”), and these apply, without condition, to any User of the Website (hereinafter the “User/s”).
1.3 The Terms of Use are intended for both men and women alike.
1.4 The titles of the chapters hereafter are provided for the convenience and orientation of the Users and they will not be used to interpret the Terms of Use.

2.3 Pharma Israel invests reasonable efforts to ensure the maintenance and availability of the Website and the content displayed therein, however, despite the efforts of Pharma Israel, the Website’s activity may be disrupted, interrupted, suspended, or delayed, permanently or temporarily, due to factors or events beyond the control of Pharma Israel or without its intent.

2.7 Pharma Israel makes efforts to ensure that everything stated and appearing on the Website is correct, accurate, complete and up to date. However, as always, glitches and errors will be possible, including, but not limited to, content errors, technical errors, typographical errors, information omissions, disruptions, and so on.

3.1 Although Pharma Israel has made great efforts to include accurate and up to date information on the Website, it makes no representations or gives no warranties, whether express or implied, as to the accuracy and completeness of the information displayed on the Website, and any use thereof shall be made under the sole the responsibility and under the sole discretion of the User.
3.2 The use of the Website and the contents of the Website is “AS IS”, at the sole discretion of the User. 5.1 By entering your details on the Website you expressly agree that Pharma Israel may contact you from time to time with updates on conferences and/or events organized by Pharma Israel (hereinafter: the “Updates”), including via email and short message (SMS).
5.2 You can notify Pharma Israel at any time for any reason that you do not wish to continue receiving the updates. Such notice will be given by you by email at: info@pharma-israel.org.il or alternatively by the removal mechanism that appears in the update sent.
6. Jurisdiction
Only the laws of the State of Israel will apply to these Terms of Use. The courts of the city of Tel Aviv-Jaffa will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or disagreement arising between the parties in connection with these Terms of Use.
